• We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
• Some items such as custom-made products, clearance items, or perishable goods may not be returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@lolbox.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label.
3. Package the item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
